I am a professional safari guide with 20 years of experience, having worked in some of Kenya’s most exclusive safari camps. 

I hold a diploma in Hotel Management from Cambridge Tutorial College and a diploma in Tour Guiding from the Centre for Tourism Training and Research Institute. As a member of the Kenya Professional Safari Guide Association, I am committed to upholding the highest standards in guiding. I also hold Level 1 FGASA certification and have undergone firearm handling training. Throughout my career, I have completed numerous in-house courses, further refining my expertise in wildlife tracking, conservation, and guest experience.

Passionate about nature and storytelling, I strive to create unforgettable safari experiences by sharing my deep knowledge of wildlife and ecosystems with guests from around the world.

Before joining Thorn Expedition, I ran two logistics companies, where I gained deep hands-on experience in managing complex operations. I’ve also had the privilege of being part of the Safari Rally organization, an experience that taught me the importance of precision, coordination, and delivering under pressure. These experiences play a huge part in how I approach travel logistics today—with care, creativity, and a focus on excellence.
